ONE FAMILY AT A TIME
Our first responsibility is right here in York. That begins with the Grace House. The Grace House is a Lifeway owned house, provided by a generous donor. Through the Grace House we resource a home to a family who has experienced hardship and is working to regain independence. We partner with the family to offer the home at a minimal cost, while providing the family financial counseling and spiritual development.
INVESTING IN RELATIONSHIPS
Creating relationships is a vital part of missions. We believe that when you establish a relationship, in a moment of crisis, people will look to those they know care for them. We seek to create opportunities that demonstrate our love for all people and connect us in relationships. These opportunities might be an event such as our annual community Easter Egg Drop, our fall Trunk or Treat, a community birthday party for Jesus at Christmas, or an ongoing partnership with a neighborhood or school. We are for York, so we are for whatever it takes to show people the love of God by loving them.
AROUND THE WORLD
We believe every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus. By sending and supporting missionaries, partnering to train church planters and planting churches, and doing short-term mission work, we are striving to ensure that every man, woman, and child has repeated opportunities to see and hear the Gospel of Jesus.
